Lighthouse Airbnb Nova Scotia Has A Canada Themed Room & It's So Cozy

If you're planning a getaway and want to have a totally unique experience, forget your typical hotel. This lighthouse Airbnb in Nova Scotia is so cozy and it even has a Canada themed room. This property is also so secluded that you can spot so many wild animals.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom Airbnb stay is truly unique and not an experience you can get many places.

Lighthouse on the Bay is, as its name suggests, a lighthouse directly on the bay.

The historical and unique listing looks out at the beautiful water in St. Anns, Nova Scotia and you can get an unobstructed view of it from the outdoor patio.

While staying here, you'll be really immersed in the natural landscape of this rural area.

Wild animals like deer, foxes, bald eagles, and seals often make an appearance and if you're lucky, you might be able to spot a small bear, a lynx or a bobcat.

This house is super cozy and private, just perfect for two guests.

There's a sofa bed in the living room and the full bedroom is decked out with furnishings that are inspired by the true north like a Canadian flag bedspread and a pillow that says "eh?"

At this tranquil spot, you can wake up to the sound of ocean waves and walk right out to the waterfront deck from the bedroom for some stunning views.

There's nothing better than having a steaming cup of coffee out on the deck, watching the sunrise and hearing nature all around you.

Since this house is right on the water, there's access to the beach as well.

When you walk along the sand at low tide, you can find all sorts of treasures like sea glass and even pottery that's washed ashore.

You can also canoe, kayak, and fish on the bay.

If you want to check out the lobster season, it's from mid-May to mid-July and you can see all the boats out of the bay setting their traps and taking in their hauls.

The lighthouse was built back in 1905 and was still in operation until 1962.

Now the hosts are restoring it and adding all the modern luxuries that any guest would enjoy like stunning furnishings inside and a beautiful outdoor space complete with a fire pit and lounge chairs.

They're also available to help you plan your stay and give suggestions that will have you living like a local while you're there.

This stay can be booked pretty solid so you might want to act fast if you want to stay at the lighthouse.
