Aaron Carter Melanie Martin Break Up

Nick Carter was making headlines recently because of his virtual Backstreet Boys concert, but what has the other Carter-brother heartthrob been up to? Well, for starters, Aaron Carter and his ex-girlfriend Melanie Martin broke up less than a week ago. Since then, Carter has been using social media to update his fans on how he is coping.

Less than 12 hours ago, the California singer-songwriter updated his Instagram page with a photo of himself outside his Cali home, posing with two ATVs and a dirtbike.

"Just a guy and his toys picked up new trx 450 @honda_powersports_us customized for me 😇 her new name is beyonce," the caption reads.

This is just one of several posts he has made about being single again since earlier this week.

Another recent post showed off his recently added "Melanie" face tattoo but was captioned, "A bachelor's life is no life for a single man. #Single."

The couple broke up after an incident on Sunday that left Martin arrested for 'domestic violence' —though she retains her innocence and says it was a misunderstanding

The duo had an OnlyFans account together, which Carter has since changed to his own single account.

The two had been publicly dating since early January of this year.

Singer Aaron Carter's girlfriend arrested for domestic violence after scratching his arm Aaron Carter's girlfriend, Melanie Martin, has been arrested for suspicion of domestic violence. The police were called to the singer's Lancaster, California, home on Sunday night when a fight allegedly broke out between the couple. According to TMZ, cops were called to the residence at 11pm and found visible marks on Carter's body. The singer claimed that he and Melanie got into a physical altercation and she allegedly scratched him. Police determined Melanie to be the aggressor and she was taken into custody. Carter told TMZ that Melanie informed him she's pregnant right before they got into the argument that led to her getting arrested. He says he thinks she's lying and there's no chance they're getting back together. After the alleged altercation, Carter took to Twitter to send a strong message about domestic violence. "You don't have to wait for someone to treat you bad repeatedly. All it takes is once, and if they get away with it that once, if they know they can treat you like that, then it sets the pattern for the future," he tweeted. "So sad, ;( I hope she gets the help she needs. no one deserves domestic abuse female OR MALE #DomesticAbuse #Cheater she literally chocked [sic] me out... I'm devastated," he wrote in another tweet. Carter and Martin first went public with their relationship in January, posting a series of loved-up photos and videos on Instagram. Then, within weeks, Carter had tattooed her name above his right eyebrow. This isn't the first time Carter has claimed to have been physically assaulted by a partner. Last year, he took out a restraining order against then-girlfriend Lina Valentina after she allegedly assaulted him on "several" #cocowondersblog #cocowondersconnection #cocowondersblogaddicts #moreoncocowondersblog #cocohousellc #singer #aaroncarter #melaniemartin #isabel

There were many photos of the couple together on Carter's personal Instagram, which have since disappeared.

Martin's account is also empty of photos together, but she has a photo from a week ago captioned "🦋all you need is love @aaroncarter 💕."

At this time, Carter has not expressed any intention of getting back with Martin.
