During these stressful times, many stars are using their platforms to advocate for cooperation and the greater good. Billie Eilish's Instagram story yesterday was a chat about preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus. And it also featured some adorable ways she's helping to share the love — aka fostering cuddly pittie puppies.
On Monday, March 16, Eilish posted to her story to chat with her 57.9 million followers.
In her Instagram story, she posted a selfie cozied up with two adorable Pitbull puppies that she's fostering right now.
The caption read, " & if you're looking for things to do while we're all stuck at home 👀👀👀 , foster some babiieesss @angelcitypits."
It certainly looks like Billie and the pups are in pure bliss.
The pups she's fostering are from Angel City Pit Bulls, a non-profit rescue organization based in Los Angeles.
One of the adorable closeups she posted shows a brown puppy snuggled up in a blanket. Eilish asked fans, "anyone looking to adopt a tiny angel? 🕊️🕊️"
Have you seen anything cuter than this little puppy's face?
The second snapshot shows a big-eyed black puppy with white paws staring lovingly into the camera. According to the "Bad Guy" singer, he (or she) is adoptable soon!
She wrote, "needs a home soon."
While the puppies certainly stole our hearts, the Emmy award-winning singer also shared some very important advice on social distancing during this time.
In the video, Eilish told her fans, "I’ve seen a lot of young people out in the world, all over the place, going to the club or going to the beach or just going out and hanging out, and it’s really irresponsible.”
She added that younger people could easily pass on the disease to vulnerable populations, saying, "Please take responsibility for your endurance of this."
We love seeing celebrities use their platform for good. Way to go, Billie. If you're in the mood to see even more cuteness, check out this video of Arnold Schwarzenegger cuddling an adorable miniature pony and donkey at home.
