Brickell City Centre

Where: 701 S Miami Ave, Miami

This mall has different locations to take great pictures. You can either go to the second floor or walk by Zara and discover the rooftop section. If you’re looking for the perfect urban-chic picture this is the spot. They also have a flower wall backdrop for a southern feel.

Columbus Center Pool

Where: 1 Alhambra Plaza, Coral Gables

You can come here any time of the day and do a free photo shoot without too many people looking around. Usually, spring is the best time to come here because the flowers are blooming. And the best part is the view of the water fountain and buildings. This calls for a great Instagram-worthy moment.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens

Where: 3251 S Miami Ave, Miami

You cannot go wrong with Vizcaya. Most of the original land is now a forest. The gardens are huge. Walk around the bay and you’ll find the best spot for a photo sesh. You will have all day to explore the gardens.

Olympia Theatre

Where: 174 E Flagler St, Miami

Situated in the center of downtown Miami, Olympia has a 1920s vibe. The building makes for some great images. Tell your photography assistant to take the picture from across the street. You will thank us.

Miami-Dade County Courthouse

Where: 73 W Flagler St, Miami

If you’re looking for a more edgy look in your photographs then you need to go to the courthouse. This place has awesome pillars. Go early on the weekend when nobody is around.

Area 31

Where: 270 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Miami

Located inside the Kimpton EPIC Hotel on the 31st floor. No doubt, you will get the best view of Downtown Miami. Come at night, enjoy the happy hour and city lights.  All your friends will be wondering where did you take that picture.

Ocean Drive

Where: 750 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach

The most visited strip in South Beach offers the best backdrop for pictures. The 1920s Art Deco buildings are painted in colorful pastels. Come in your best outfit and tour the different locations. You might want to hire a photographer for this place.

Museum Garage

Where: 1 NE 1st St, Miami

This place is a bit hiddensince there’s not a lot of foot traffic around. The garage is not opened yet but is one of the most futuristic garages we’ve seen. Take advantage of this location while is closed to the public. Once it opens, it will be very hard to take a picture here.

Umbrella Sky Project

Where: 100 Giralda Ave, Coral Gables

Be an early bird and take advantage of this installation until September. The best time to come is at sunrise. There's a coffee shop on the corner of Giralda Plaza. Just make it a photoshoot project day.

Española Way

Where: 405 Española Way, Miami Beach

This street has a bunch of boutiquesand restaurants surrounded by palm trees. If you come during the weekend it will be very hard to take a nice picture. Come during a weekday, grab an ice cream cone, and take the shot in the middle of the street.

The Wharf Miami

Where: 114 SW North River Dr, Miami

For a laidback and relaxed atmosphere head to The Wharf. The place has plenty of food trucks and a great view of the Miami River. Come in your best summer outfit and take some shots.

Casa Florida

Where: 437 SW 2nd St, Miami

You will feel right at home at Casa Florida. The restaurant serves craft cocktails and Floridian brews. The school bus turned dining room is perfect for an Instagram moment.

Miracle Mile

Where: 152 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables

The one-mile street has everything — bookstores to restaurants to boutiques. If you’re looking for a clean and classy backdrop with European vibes then here it is. Also, the Umbrella Sky Project is within walking distance.

Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden

Where: 10901 Old Cutler Rd, Coral Gables

Plan to come here for a full day trip. You can take pictures here for a month. The garden has a waterfall and an extensive collection of rare tropical plants. It's great for tropically inspired photography.

Pinecrest Gardens

Where: 11000 Red Rd, Pinecrest

Not many people know about this place. The garden changes its installations frequently and it has many hidden spots for a great picture. You can also have a picnic underneath one of their giant trees.

La Mar by Gaston Acurio

Where: 500 Brickell Key Dr, Miami

This location has excellent Peruvian cuisine, outstanding service, and an excellent view. Do happy hour with your coworkers and watch the sunset. Of course, don’t forget to snap a picture.

Cape Florida Lighthouse

Where: 1200 South Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne

Plan a picnic or BBQ day with your family at Crandon Park. You can stroll around the beach and head to the lighthouse. This is a Florida staple and a picture perfect spot. You can’t go wrong with palm trees and a white lighthouse. That’s your summer Instagram post!

Little Havana

Where: 1508 SW 8th street, Miami

This is the heart of Miami Cuban culture. You can take pictures at the famous ice cream shop Azucar or you can walk around and discover the different art walls.

5th Street Lifeguard Stand

Where: 5th street, Lifeguard Tower

South Beach has many lifeguard stands but many have been damaged by hurricanes. This one, in particular, is colorful and screams Miami. No matter if you’re a local or tourist, everyone should have at least one picture here. Hurry up and enjoy the vintage backdrop because the city will replace the lifeguard stands soon. 

Biltmore Hotel

Where: 1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables

Many locals state that the hotel is haunted but the gardens are not. The place is whimsical and great if you want something else than palm trees. This place belongs to another era and it will stand out on your feed.

LaMuse Cafe

Where: 270 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami

The half restaurant and half gallery is a foodie’s heaven. The place is decorated with contemporary paintings and celebrity murals such as Frida Kahlo and Audrey Hepburn. Come for the inspiration and take as many pictures as you want.

My Cupcake World

Where: 262 Andalusia Ave, Coral Gables

If you’re in Miracle Mile taking pictures, make this your second location. The quaint shop has gorg decor and great food. Are you a foodie? Then make a serious #tablegoals picture statement at this place.

SLS Lux Brickell

Where: 805 S Miami Ave, Miami

To add some luxury and glam to your Instagram post, visit the SLS. The skyscraper is one of the hottest hotels and hangouts in Brickell. The extravagant green arc entrance and floor tiles will stand out on your Instagram feed.

South Pointe Park

Where: 1 Washington Avenue, Miami

Come with your bathing suit and strike a pose. If you’re lucky enough, you'll get some cruises in the background. The park has hundreds of palm trees and a beautiful ocean view. It is the perfect backdrop to make your landlocked friends jealous.

Grove Harbour Marina

Where: 2640 S Bayshore Drive, Coconut Grove

Want a vacation picture but can’t afford a trip? The marina has the perfect scenery for Instagram. Visit this location during sunset and get ready to hashtag #summergoals because everyone loves to go on a boat.

Pérez Art Museum Miami

Where: 1103 Biscayne Blvd, Miami

There’s a lot of different backdrops around the museum. You can either face the ocean or go to the hanging garden section. The landscape and terrace are green and fresh. It's probably the most Instagrammed location in Miami.

Imperial Moto Cafe

Where: 7299 NW 2nd Ave, Miami

If you are a cool rider with a passion for motorcycles, then you're gonna love this place. Meet the gang for coffee and explore the best brew Miami has to offer. Don't forget to take a picture with the bikes.

La La Land Wynwood

Where: 2507 NW 2nd Ave, Miami

If you want to pretend you are in a faraway magical island, this place will take you to the jungle without leaving the city. Tucked inside, there’s a hidden tiki bar with delicious mojitos. There's lush greenery everywhere plus a welcoming gorilla statue. Who doesn't love welcoming gorillas?

Wynwood Arcade 

Where: 50 NW 24th St, Miami

Home to one of the best donuts shop, Wynwood Arcade has a lounge section where you can enjoy your donut(s) and take pictures. Did I mention the donuts?

X Miami

Where: 230 NE 4th St, Miami

The newest residence buildingin downtown is perfect for millennials. The community is always hosting events and if you're lucky enough to get an invite, take advantage of the view. You will be able to see the ocean, tall buildings, and a new mural by Sammy Slabbinck. Your followers will be left wondering where you took that photo.

Brickell Avenue & 12th Street

Where: 1221 Brickell Avenue, Miami

Even though the financial district looks boring, it’s not. Next to Vapiano, there is a sidewalk full of tall palm trees and white columns. Take a picture here and show your LA friends that  Miami has personality too.
