Did you know crocodiles have the strongest bite of any animal on Earth? Well you do now, and you can test your strength against these ancient beasts at a new crocodile exhibit at the Florida Museum of Natural History. The exhibit, Crocs: Ancient Predators in a Modern World, will be open for a limited time at the Florida Museum

Crocs: Ancient Predators in a Modern World will be open through January 2020. The exhibit features an interactive element for visitors to test their strength against a crocodile, aiming to both educate and fascinate attendees. Give the "Crunch Capacity" test your best. 

The crocodile exhibit will feature amazing living dioramas, including reptiles like the Siamese Crocodile, American Alligator hatchlings, the African Dwarf Crocodile, and Broad-Snouted Caimans. 

The exhibit will also educate guests on crocodiles as predators and how they survive extreme environmental conditions. You will also learn about the largest crocodile to be exhibited in North America from George Craig, the man who captured it.

Experts will be on hand at the museum to answer any questions you can dream up about these creatures, which can be found here in Florida. Floridian crocodiles live predominantly in South Florida.

Here are a few fun facts about crocodiles, according to the Florida Museum. Crocs have an extremely powerful bite but are weak when it comes to opening their jaws. Large crocs can survive over a year without eating. Some crocodiles can live to be 100 years old!
