As an adult, sometimes you just want to travel and not be surrounded by kids. Whether it's to escape your own or have some peace and quiet away from the children of others, it's usually pretty impossible to avoid them. A new Miami hotel will make it pretty darn easy though.
The 54,000 square-foot, 91 room boutique hotel located at 1920 Collins Ave. is already taking reservations for stays as soon as January 30th, 2020, but you'll have to leave the kids at home; and that means teenagers too.
The hotel known as Greystone on Miami Beach will be completely adults only, and yes, we mean completely. While guests that aren't above the legal drinking age of 21 will not be permitted to stay, you will be able to bring your dog as long as they're 25 pounds or less.
An adult's only vacation where you can take your pupper with you? It sounds like an absolute dream that can't get any better — or can it?
The luxury hotel will feature king and double suites with a modern meets art deco feel that can sleep a maximum of 2 to 3 guests at a time. It incorporates the old Greystone that was built in 1939 as an art deco landmark.
The new building is looking super clean-cut with natural elements, peaceful, and highly Instagrammable.
The extras at this bougie hotel are what truly make this a paradise for the traveling adult.
The Miami Beach Greystone will be home to two restaurants: KOBO, offering Japanese-style sandwiches in a fast-casual atmosphere, and Sérêvène that will serve French-Japanese fusion bites.
You'll also find two lounges in this hotel, The Golden Gator's underground champagne bar and a craft cocktail bar called UISCE — oh yeah, and a rooftop pool with succulent spa vibes and the best views.
Other amenities that make this hotel sound absolutely dreamy are walk-in rainfall showers, an outdoor jacuzzi, 42' flatscreens, the ability to order room service with a convenient app, minibars, bathrobes, slippers, and accent mood lighting.
So how much does something like this cost? Rooms range in price between $272 and $450, with other luxury packages available — such as a 4 day Super Bowl Weekend package running for $3600.
According to its website, the hotel will also be eco-friendly.
The hotel joins The Standard Hotel and Spa as only the second Miami Beach resort to require quests to be 21 or older to stay.
