This New Miami Food Hall Is About To Be Your Favorite Place To Unwind After A Long Week

There is no need to drive all the way to the beach to visit a food hall. Yumbrella is the newest food hall in South Miami and it will have everything you want and need in your life after a long work week.

Yumbrella is Miami's original food hall that debuted in the 1970s but it was later replaced by Red Road Commons apartments and retail stores. Four decades later, it re-opens to the public to offer a new concept and one-of-a-kind eateries. Miami's best chefs and favorite food trucks come together under one "yumbrella" to deliver a fusion of American classic fare, Asian cuisine, and Latin American dishes.

The 6,500 square food hall now features the following seven concepts and bar: Cracked by Chef Adrienne, Dr. Limon Express, Killer Melts, Noods, King of Racks BBQ, the craft liquor bar Tonic, and The Beverly serving craft ice cream and freshly baked desserts.

With so many employees, students, and tourists around the area, this will definitely become and one-stop food shop to grab a quick lunch or hang out with friends.

You will find signature dishes such as Chef Adrienne’s signature Free-Range Chicken Sandwich made of “cracked sauce”, slaw, house-made pickles, and Zak the Baker brioche bun; Dr. Limon’s Peruvian sushi rolls; The Hitman Melt prepared with bacon, melted cheddar cheese, mac & cheese, served on garlic toasted country bread; and The Beverly’s Brown Butter White Chocolate Tres Leches and Croissant Bread Pudding.

You can also grab a signature cocktail at The Tonic bar where you can find apothecary craft liquor with a speakeasy vibe. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy live entertainment and relax at the coolest ambiance while enjoying "high-quality cuisines from some of Miami’s top chefs and favorite food trucks under one roof."

In addition, the food hall offers a stage for musical performances and a private room for events.
