"Money Heist" Season 4 Release Date Announced By Netflix For 2020 With A Mysterious Trailer

On Sunday, December 8, Netflix dropped a teaser trailer that few people were expecting to see.

"Money Heist" Season 4 just had its release dated announced with a seriously mysterious trailer.

The final episode of the third season was super heartbreaking. It left fans hungry for more. Plus, the third season overall

had higher ratings than Stranger Things

We knew that the fourth season had been finished filming by the end of August 2019 so we knew we wouldn't have to wait long to find out more.

It was rumoured that the fourth season would be released in January 2020. Netflix never confirmed or denied any of these rumours and now we see why.

They have plans for the show to come out in the spring of 2020.

The streaming giant announced on its social media channels today with a video. It's almost like a teaser trailer since they hardly give anything away.

There's hardly any information out about this latest season so Money Heist fans will have to wait until April to find out more.

Money Heist is one of Netflix's most-watched original shows. Known as La Casa De Papel in its original Spanish language, the show is about the perfect robbery.

The dark and mysterious trailer says "Let the chaos begin" and teases the date of release: April 3, 2020.

Translated from its original Spanish, the tweet from the show reads "Not even the Professor expects this chaos."

FormulaTV confirmed that Netflix has ordered a new season on top of the fourth one coming next spring.

In the upcoming fifth season, Álvaro Morte will once again lead his team on a dangerous project.

The story will likely be again divided into two seasons each with a few episodes. So, by confirming a fifth season, it could mean that there's going to be a sixth on its way in the future, too.

Season 5 should begin shooting in early 2020.
