One of the best ways to find out if a company is a good place to work at is to ask those who know the best — the people who actually work there. Glassdoor just revealed it's best 25 companies in Canada for 2020 based on feedback from employees. This list gives us a good insight into what are the happiest places to work in Canada and it's the inside scoop for those of us looking to make a career change. The best part of all? All of these companies are hiring.

The employee's choice list of companies each has a Glassdoor rating between 4.2 and 4.5.

If you're going to be working 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, then you owe it to yourself to at least pick a workplace where you're likely to have a good time.

The results of the list are pretty surprising. For example, people who work for City of Toronto seem to be slightly more satisfied with their job than people who work for the Government of Canada.

Read through the list of the best places to work according to those who actually work there.

You can see a list of job postings by each company, too and plan to make 2020 your best year yet with a new role at a new company.

If nothing here is a good fit for you, the RCMP are looking for new people but the training sounds super intense. Too bad you can't get paid to play video games.
