Feeling hungry? Netflix has just the thing to solve all of your cravings—a new show called Nadiya’s Time to Eat. The series stars The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain as she shares her ultimate (and easy) kitchen secrets with viewers.

Many cooking shows on the air today focus on making immaculate meals and drool-worthy desserts. However, they don’t always account for the fact that normal people may not have the means to make these dishes—that’s what sets Hussain’s new show apart.

Nadiya’s Time to Eat was made with a low-income, busy audience in mind. All the recipes included in the show won’t break your budget, and don’t take all day to make either! Hussain’s work is proof that time in the kitchen can, in fact, be enjoyable.

Some recipes you’ll learn to make include Chocolate Orange Blossom Cake, Teriyaki Salmon with Mango Salsa, Banoffee Waffles, and Boa Buns with Spicy Tuna.

“These days, we all seem to be rushed off of our feet,” Hussain can be heard saying in the trailer. “To be honest, cooking can sometimes feel like a chore...To make more space for the things that matter, I’ve stopped feeling guilty about taking shortcuts, and I’ve started to embrace cheating the book.”

The Great British Baking Show alum has developed her own incredible cooking secrets over the years, and with this new Netflix original, she’s sharing them with viewers all over the world.

In each episode, Hussain will visit a different busy household where she further proves that delicious food can be prepped by average people, even if they lack things like time, money, and experience.

'Nadiya's Time To Eat'

Netflix is no stranger to the cooking world. Earlier this month they added both The Great Canadian Baking Show and season four of the hilarious series, Nailed It! to their streaming catalogue.

Nadiya’s Time to Eat will be available for your viewing pleasure on April 29. Check out the trailer for the tasty new series below.
