Nashville is the place to go if you're looking for a good time with your friends and there are always new places popping up. Finding a bar that is big enough for your entire group can be a struggle, but you just have to find the right one. This arcade bar in Nashville is sure to be a grand ole time.
Pins Mechanical Co. & 16-Bit Bar have come together and created this massive indoor "playground" that has everything you would ever want or need.
It opened back at the end of October 2019, so it's still a fairly new spot if you don't visit the city very often.
There are video games, vintage arcade games, table-top games, bocce ball and so much more. This spot turns into a 21 and over venue at 8:00 p.m. so you can really get down without trying to dodge the kids that are running around.
Outside of the venue, you'll find the perfect photo walls and even life-sized beer pong. There are even fire pits and places to just relax and socialize.
The most popular activity here is duck bowling, and with this new concept, you'll never look at bowling the same. It's pretty much your standard bowling experience, just miniature and more intense because the pins are smaller and there are no finger holes on the bowling balls.
The best part is, you don't even have to rent bowling shoes. No matter what type of shoe you're wearing, you can bowl.
Playing for hours will probably make you work up an appetite. While Pins doesn't serve food, there are rotating food trucks that come every night so you can get your grub on.
Their signature cocktail is the Pinball Wizard. It's made with blueberry vodka, elderflower, ginger ale and blueberries. If that doesn't sound like it'll tickle your fancy, then you can try the dozen other concoctions.
Everything here is very affordable with a game of bowling only being $6 and the arcade games just taking a few quarters per game.
