Grab your tissues for this medical series! Netflix's Lenox Hill will take viewers inside a real hospital, following four doctors dedicated to saving lives every day. The emotional docuseries premieres so soon and will totally remind you of the stories explored on Grey's Anatomy.
The eight 50-minute long episodes of season one will drop on the streaming platform in early June.
According to IMDb, the documentary series will follow "two brain surgeons, an emergency room physician, and a Chief Resident OBGYN as they navigate the highs and lows of working at the renowned Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City."
The trailer introduces viewers to those four medical professionals, named David Langer, John Boockvar, Mirtha Macri, and Amanda Little-Richardson, per Entertainment Tonight.
"So, human being here. Everybody, eyes closed. Deep breath. A lot of craziness today obviously. Let's focus on the work, let's do a good job for this guy," the trailer opens up saying.
Another voice adds, "We deal with death and dying. I don't even dare to imagine what I'm going to encounter on any given day."
Patient care ranges from birth to brain surgery to heartbreaking cancer diagnoses, all of which the doctors deal with on a daily basis.
A look inside the struggled balance between their personal and professional lives will give you that real-life reminder of the characters who worked at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
However this time, the trauma and heartbreak are real.
The trailer for Lenox Hill ends with a voice stating, "You're about to see what greatness is all about."
ET claims that filming took place from April 2018 to November 2019, ending just before the COVID-19 pandemic.
The reality TV series comes from directors Adi Barash and Ruthie Shatz.
"With Lenox Hill, we wanted to give people around the world an intimate look at daily hospital life from the vantage point of four doctors who have dedicated their lives to saving the lives of others," the directors said in a statement to the press. "We crafted this series with the utmost respect and admiration, for our doctors and their patients and are proud to share their stories."
