Stranger Things is easily one of the most popular original TV shows Netflix has ever done and if you're a fan of the show you probably already know the show will be returning to the streaming service for a third season.

But ever since that announcement we've had very few clues about what the season will actually include.

That is, until now.

So, what are the details?

Well if you're a fan of Stranger Things, and at this point if you aren't what are you doing with your life, then you're well aware that the show often references iconic movies from the 1980's.

Last season that movie was Ghostbusters.

The next season: Back to the Future.

Yes, where we're goingwe don't need the upside down.

The iconic 1985 movie with Marty McFly and Doc Brown will be the basis for the Stranger Things season 3.

The next season will also be set in the year of 1985 as well.

If you're wondering what other things came out in 1985 that the show might reference here's a couple things:

Blockbuster Video, Guns 'n' Roses Appetite For Destruction album and the board game Pictionary.

Unfortunately there is still no set release date as to when we can all start binge watching the next season.

But it does sound REALLY REALLY GOOD so far.
