Netflix Canada has seriously been wowing us lately since they upped their game and started dropping tons of Netflix Original shows and movies. For the course of October, they've been releasing spooky movies to get you in the Halloween mood. New Netflix Canada shows being released this week will give you so much to watch.

Quite a few shows are oldies but goldies with new seasons for you to watch and characters you already know and love (looking at you, Workin' Moms). But there is also a decent amount of brand new shows that will give you a huge variety of new content to adore.

For starters, your favourite baking competition show is coming to Canada Netflix but this time it has a twist — it's not in English! Nailed It! France and Nailed It! Spain are both launching their first season on Friday. The shows still feature amateur bakers trying their hand at crazy cake decorating tasks. And don't worry: subtitles are included.

The following shows are being released from Wednesday until Friday, so check out the list to find your weekend plans!

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

The first season of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner drops on Wednesday and it stars chef David Chang along with celebrities Seth Rogen, Chrissy Teigen, and Kate Mckinnon as they travel to four cities to try worldwide delicacies.

Colin Ford stars in this brand new Netflix series releasing on Wednesday about living and surviving in a world that just got hit by an apocalypse. The show rebrands the typical zombie as "Ghoulies" which Ford's character must face, all while looking for his dream girl.

BoJack Horseman

This hilarious Netflix Original is coming back for its sixth and final season on Friday, followed by part two in January. The show features BoJack voiced by Will Arnett, as well as other famous voices including Alison Brie as Diane Nguyen, Aaron Paul as Todd Chavez, and Amy Sedaris as Princess Carolyn.

Workin' Moms

Toronto's famous working moms are back for a third season this Friday and we are so excited to see what shenanigans they get themselves into. The CBC show follows four new mothers trying to navigate both motherhood and their careers. Fun fact: they just finished filming season four which will air in 2020!

Greenhouse Academy

Greenhouse Academy is coming back for a third season on Friday and they are facing new challenges. The series revolves around twins Alex (Finn Roberts) and Hayley (Ariel Mortman) who join forces after the loss of their mom.

The Kominsky Method

The Netflix Original series is back for a second season on Friday, starring acting veterans Michael Douglas as Sandy Kominsky and Alan Arkin as Norman Newlander. They play two old-timers who are best friends facing challenges and drama together.

Prank Encounters

This brand new hilarious and creepy show comes just in time for Halloween. The adorable Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things hosts this hidden camera show which pranks people in all sorts of crazy ways.

Hopefully, this is enough content to keep you satisfied until the Christmas movies hit Netflix next week!
