There are some things that are just Canadian and there's no other way to describe them like moose and ketchup chips and maple syrup. These Canadian stock images are really just memes and we can't get enough of them. If you love memes and you love Canada this is perfect for you.

The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), a not-for-profit organization that manages the .ca internet domain, has put out a bunch of stock images that are super Canadian and really are more like memes.

"Stock photography. It's weird. It's boring. It's full of oddly happy people staring at screens," said the CIRA. "Our Canadian Stock Photo library is full of original, maple syrup-infused photography."

The images feature everyday Canadians, and a moose, doing some pretty stereotypically Canadian things like eating poutine, wearing a Canadian tuxedo, having a beer, eating ketchup chips, and more.

The explanations for some frequently asked questions about the stock photos are pretty Canadian too. Like when they say the images are free "like health care or love" and an American can use the images "only if you ask nicely."

We don't know why you'd need a stock image of a lumberjack drinking maple syrup but the CIRA has it.

Here are 11 stock images that are so Canadian it hurts.

A Canadian Twist On An Iconic Meme

The ultimate stock image award goes to this one right here. This Canada play on that iconic meme is so on point.

We get it, who doesn't love lumberjacks?

Contemplation

It's not easy being a lumberjack.

A lumberjack has a lot to contemplate — "Why are we here? Why do I chop down trees? Do hipsters know they are hurting my feelings?"

Ketchup Chips > Everything Else

Is there anything better than ketchup chips? Especially considering it's a Canadian exclusive? No, they're the best.

And they can change the mood in a room when things are getting tense or when you're hangry.

Moose: They're Just Like Us

Even moose have to wait for the bus sometimes and while this one "loves public transportation", we're not sure that everyone agrees with him.

Maple Syrup News

This hockey player "reviews strategic maple syrup reserves" because we can't run out of our liquid gold. The country, or rather the whole world, would descend into chaos.

A Beer With Friends

Going out and grabbing a beer with your friends can be a good time until drunk guy Dean shows up and interrupts the fun.

"Someone call Dean a cab," the caption says.

BFFs

All Canadians have at least one friend that's a moose, right?

Even if you don't have a moose as your BFF, this lady sure does and that's almost as Canadian as wearing a fur hat in what looks to be the middle of summer.

Ska-muting

"Helen always felt more comfortable in her lucky skates," the photo is captioned.

Sometimes you just can't take your skates off because you're comfortable like Helen and other times, it's because you laced them up too tight and literally can't take them off.

Not Your Proudest Moment

Don't lie, we've all done something like this. It may not be your proudest moment but it definitely is your most Canadian one.

"Every lumberjack drinks a pint of maple syrup a day," according to the CIRA. "Thor is no different, except this is his fifth of the day."

Camouflage

A poutine date sounds pretty good but not when a moose is lurking.

"Unfortunately, Sharon didn't know that Gary had some very powerful enemies—and things were about to get complicated," the photo's description reads.

Will one of Canada's greatest animals get his revenge?

Full Circle

"He knew right away that it was a mistake, a lapse in judgement that would cause nothing but complications, but he had to know," the photo is captioned. "Who was that hockey player?"

In a full-circle moment, we see the lumberjack checking out the hockey player who checked him out.
