If you’re still looking for that perfect last-minute Christmas gift, then we might have the thing for you. According to the Cochrane Humane Society, there are eight Alberta puppies up for adoption right now and they are adorable. But it’s not just their squishy faces and round bodies that make them perfect. All eight of the puppies are named after wine and we can get behind that.

Prepare for some serious cuteness.

The humane society in Cochrane Alberta recently posted pictures of adorable pups on their Facebook page on Friday, December 20.

According to the post, there is a total of eight puppies for adoption and they are all beyond perfect.

The best part about this litter is that the entire family was named after wine.

“Are you a wine connoisseur; familiar with a great “nose”; have a palate for seeing, sniffing and savoring a fine bouquet? Well don’t just sit around home fermenting when this great collection is available for lifelong enjoyment, sure to improve with age – we can’t keep this news bottled up any longer! Come in to visit our “Wine” pups today,” says the Facebook post.

The puns are real and we aren’t even mad about it; especially when you consider how awe-worthy these fur babies are.

Whether you are a cabernet drinker or prefer a shiraz, there is a puppy for you.

We think this is what Beyonce meant when she sang Drunk in Love.

The humane society chose the names Shiraz, Merlot, Chianti, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot, Malbec, and Riesling for their litter.

It’s safe to say that regardless of their names, all eight of these puppies will be “full-bodied” as they are all so young.

All eight are different and look nothing alike. From their floppy ears to their mismatched colour schemes, each dog is cuter than the last and it would be super hard to pick which one you'd want as your new best friend.

If you are in the market for a new family member, then you might want to act fast. Judging by the comments on the post, tons of people are interested.

"I have to log off Facebook. It's puppy season and temptation is everywhere," said one of the comments.

A person in Newfoundland is even considering adopting one of these boozy fluff balls. "Please tell me where you are located. I'm in St John's Newfoundland and I'm sooooo interested in adopting," they wrote.

If you happen to be looking for a new doggo, this is the perfect opportunity to adopt.

As of one month ago, the Cochrane Humane Society had so many adoptable puppies that it was literally overflowing.

You know what you need to do, now the hardest part will be deciding on a “flavour.”
