A person has been found dead on Memorial Drive after being pushed out of a moving vehicle on Tuesday, October 6 according to Calgary Police.

A CPS spokesperson has confirmed to Narcity that the incident happened at about 8:50 a.m. at the intersection of 36 street and Memorial Drive N.E.

Investigators have not confirmed if the victim died from their injuries or provided any details on the exact cause of death.

At this point the person is deceased and we are investigating

Officers have closed off Memorial Drive off as they investigate the incident.

Calgary Police said they will update the public further once they have more information.
