Edmonton Police Are Dishing Out Driving Tickets At Rapid Fire This Summer

If you’re on the roads you may want to watch out because Edmonton police are dishing out tons of driving tickets.
According to Edmonton Police, the hundreds of fines were issued to drivers over a three month period from May 22 to July 10.

All fines have been issued during eight Project TENSOR operations that aim to put a stop to major traffic offences across Edmonton.
These fines have to do with speeding, people not wearing seat belts, improper motorcycle helmets, and other traffic-related offences.
There are a number of “hot spots” in the city where the offences are taking place, some of which include Groat Road, the High Level Bridge, sections of Whyte Avenue, and sections of Jasper Avenue.
