Ever since Vine left us, TikTok has been taking the internet by storm. It seems like everyone is using it, including politicians. Even companies seem to love it, like Vancouver's public transit network, TransLink. TransLink's TikTok video was used as a way to unveil their new holiday-themed bus and we can't lie, it's pretty good.

TransLink has been ranked among the best transit systems in North America, and from what we've seen so far, their social media marketing team is also ahead of the curve. They're even on Instagram, trolling passengers who try to jam the doors.

Whether their goal was to appeal to younger transit riders or simply find a different way to showcase their new decked-out bus, the video itself is clever.

The TikTok was first shared by someone on Reddit on Tuesday, December 3.

The video starts off with a person holding a Christmas ornament in front of a TransLink bus. A voice calls out β€œfire in the hole,” and the person throws the decoration towards the bus like it's a grenade.

The camera ducks behind a wall and when it cuts back, the vehicle is fully dressed up like Rudolph. It even has a massive red nose and big eyes on the front window.

TransLink captioned the video with "Reindeer bus is LIT πŸŽ„πŸ”₯". It's gotten over 15,000 likes as of 9:30 a.m. PST on Tuesday morning and people seem to love it.

TikTok is becoming a popular way for people and brands to reach younger demographics. Recently, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh used TikTok videos as part of his campaign to appeal to new voters.

Before TikTok, the RCMP in Nova Scotia uploaded a video of them recreating Hotline Bling as part of an ongoing lip sync battle with other police forces in Canada.

Saskatoon Police hit back with a rendition of β€œI Want It That Way.” The video went viral and even got a response from Nick Carter himself.

The reindeer bus is an annual tradition by TransLink. According to their website, the bus operates on different routes in Vancouver, including the 15, 25, 32, 41, and 50. Even the inside of the bus is decked out in Christmas lights.

The festive bus is also used for community appearances including the Santa Claus Parade and the Christmas Wish Breakfast.

By the looks of the official TransLink TikTok page, this is their only posted video. But based on how much people liked it, they might decide to post more. We're definitely looking forward to it.
