Everyone is doing their part to help out during this time. That includes Ontario Premier Doug Ford. He was out this weekend helping to deliver personal protective equipment. He even joined forces with hockey star Hayley Wickenheiser.

In a pair of April 11 tweets, Ford shared photos of himself gathering boxes of PPE and loading them into his personal truck. He was wearing a mask and gloves.

"Thank you to Todd Bourgon and the Trillium Automobile Dealers for the incredible donation of 32,000 masks. I’m driving those over to @wick_22 and the entire @conquercovid19 right now! #OntarioSpirit" read his first tweet.

A second tweet posted about 30 minutes later showed Ford, along with Hayley Wickenheiser, helping the Conquer COVID-19 team to load the boxes of PPE into other trucks for delivery to people who need it.

"Today I’m here with the amazing @wick_22 and the men and women of the @conquercovid19 team for their PPE drive. Incredible leadership. Incredible spirit. I am honoured to see them in action. We are #StrongerTogether. If you have PPE please donate. https://conquercovid19.ca" Ford wrote.

Hayley Wickenheiser shared her gratitude on Twitter, writing "Thank you Premier Ford! #ConquerCOVID19." The Olympian has been volunteering with the grassroots organization.

Wickenheiser had previously tweeted about the group, writing "This is @conquercovid19 team! Regular folks led by med students Yusuf and Reza doing amazing work! Thank you @VancityReynolds."

Ford also retweeted this message.

Ryan Reynolds has also been working with the grassroots group and spreading their message to make sure that PPE gets delivered where it is needed most.

"This is what a damn miracle looks like. Do you need #PPE? Do you have PPE to donate? Visit http://conquercovid.ca and join the drive this Saturday from 9-5 in Toronto: XYZ Storage (459 Eastern Avenue)" Reynolds wrote on Twitter.
