The Man Whose Body Was Found Near An Ottawa High School Was Shot Say Police

There has been a new development in a case involving the body of a man found near a high school in the nation's capital, as Ottawa Police have now confirmed the cause of death.
In a July 28 tweet, the authorities revealed that this case was now being treated as a homicide by shooting, following an announcement this morning that was still pending.
Update: The Homicide Unit has confirmed that the death is considered a homicide due to a shooting.

The victim was identified as 21-year-old Ottawa resident Mohamed Hassan, whose body was found on a path behind Samuel Genest High School on July 27 at around 5:15 P.M.
