Do you have what it takes to be the next reality TV superstar? Well, prove it! Big Brother Canada auditions are coming to Toronto pretty soon, and you can take part in the first season of the crazy show of the 2020s decade. Canadians from across the country will be looking to take their chance of TV fame so if you think you're the right fit, this open call is where you want to be.

But, take note — you have to be 19 years of age as of February 1, 2020.

And, unfortunately, interested people from around the province will have to travel to Toronto if they want to audition. The 6ix is the only Ontario city in which auditions for the 2020 show will be held.

But don't let that steer you away, you can always submit a video to the producers of Big Brother to audition.

The best way to catch the producers' attention is by being yourself. They want to know who you are and what you bring to the table. Will you be able to interact well (or, just as importantly, badly) with the houseguests? They want to know it all — the real you and your background story.

For tips and tricks, Big Brother Canada has listed how to submit a video audition and how it should be filmed on their website.

If you're looking for inspiration as to how to tell your story, Big Brother Canada uploaded some past contestants' audition videos on their Instagram. For example, the audition vid below belonged to last season's winner, Dane Rupert.

If you can make it to Toronto for the open call, mark Saturday, November 16 on your calendar. The auditions will take place a month after the rest of the country has been seen, at Corus Entertainment at 25 Dockside Dr. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

People who decide to apply and will attend the open call don't have to submit a video. However, your video won't be dismissed if you still want to bring one.

Make sure you bring everything you've got (figuratively, though) if you want a chance to make it on the show. Just kiss goodbye to your privacy as you leave your house, in case your audition is successful.
