As we all know, Meghan Markle used to live in Toronto. And unless you've been living under a rock for the past two weeks, you'll also know that she recently got engaged to the world's most eligible bachelor, Prince Harry.
Now that she's off to shack up with a member of the royal family, the Suits actress is living in Nottingham Cottage, a two-bedroom home located on the grounds of Kensington Palace in London. Meaning she no longer has any use for her Seaton Village home.
The violet house at 10 Yarmouth Road is now on the market. And you can buy it yourself for a cool $1.3 million.
Markle rented the house while she was in Toronto filming Suits, but after becoming engaged to Prince Harry, she announced she would be leaving the show, moving to England, and therefore no longer needing her home in the 6ix.
The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. It's owned by stylist and fashion editor Elizabeth Cabral and her husband Kevin O'Neill, according to the Toronto Star, who have updated the decor since Markle lived there.
It's certainly no palace, but the home does have a contemporary interior with all the modern amenities, and it's perfectly sufficient for anyone who happens to not be a part of the royal family.
Having an affiliation with the future Princess Henry of Wales will no doubt generate some serious interest, so you may want to book in your viewing asap.
