Ontario Minister of Health Christine Elliott wrote in a tweet that 27 of the province's 34 public health units were reporting five or fewer cases, with 18 reporting none at all.

Additionally, Ontario counts 65 patients hospitalized with COVID-19. Among them, 17 are in ICU, including five who are currently on a ventilator.
