Calling all ballers! The Raptors 905 are hosting open tryouts this weekend in Mississauga, and it’s actually pretty easy to register. All you have to do to sign up for the Raptors 905 open tryouts is head to the team’s website and follow the instructions to see if you qualify. 

The Raptor 905 open tryouts are set to take place this Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at the University of Toronto Mississauga campus. The tryouts will run from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Registration kicks off at 9:00 a.m. sharp. 

If you don't sign up ahead of time, no worries. The 905s will also be accepting walk-up registrations on Saturday morning, the day of the open tryouts.

It is worth noting that there's a $275 fee to participate, but for those who think they have what it takes to make the NBA G League team, the money is worth it. If you register for the tryouts on the day of, the fee is $310 by cash or debit. So, you may want to sign up ahead of time to save some money.

The 905’s head coach, Jamal Mahlalela, opened up the remaining spots to interested basketball players on Tuesday morning. “How’s it going everyone this is Coach Jamal from the Raptors 905 we have a few spots left us in our open try out, you think you can hoop come out register on our website and come out in play, good luck,” Mahlalela explained in a brief video on Twitter.

The Raptors 905 is a Canadian professional basketball team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. The franchise competes in the NBA G League and first began actively participating during the 2015–16 season.

Toronto Raptors star players Pascal Siakam, Fred VanVleet, Delon Wright and Norman Powell, have all played for the team, which says a lot about the potential of making the cut for this team. Bring your A-game, and good luck!
