To celebrate National Coming Out Day, Toronto residents are coming out to their families and friends with carefully placed billboards.

The campaign is being run by Egale, Canada's leading organization for LGBTQI2S people and issues.

"Each billboard is strategically located in areas where the participant’s loved ones will be sure to see them," said Egale to Narcity.

"The billboards include photos of each of the participants and links to personalized websites with more details on each participant’s coming out story."
