It looks like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are taking their feud to new levels. As you may know, there's a #DeleteFacebook movement that is sweeping the net that came to be in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica scandal. People across the world are vowing to delete their Facebook pages in unison as apart of the #DeleteFacebook movement.
It looks like Elon Musk wasn't joking around when he vowed to delete his company's pages. According to Business Insider, Musk tweeted on Friday that he had never seen the SpaceX Facebook page and planned to delete it.
The feud is actually pretty petty and we're living for it.
It started when WhatsApp co-founder Brian Acton tweeted "It is time. #deletefacebook". Musk responded with "What's Facebook?"
A fan jumped in and said, "Delete SpaceX page on Facebook if you're the man". Musk responded with "I didn't realize there was one. Will do".
Well, he stuck to his word. It seems like the SpaceX and Tesla pages are both gone.
The feud apparently begins way back in 2016, when Zuckerberg blamed Musk for destroying one of their Facebook satellites with a SpaceX failed launch. This is a prime example that no matter how much time passes, people don't forget grudges.
