Meghan Markle, who we can officially call the Duchess of Sussex, took the world's breath away as she made her entrance into the chapel. Theories and predictions have been swirling about the designer of Meghan's wedding dress, and now we finally have all the answers!
Meghan is wearing a Givenchy gown, designed by British creative director Claire Waight Keller. It's an elegant, classic and surprisingly simple long-sleeve dress. Her train is 15 feet long, and her veil is made from extremely delicate hand-embroidered fabric. Keller was right by Meghan's side as she stepped out of the car in front of the chapel, helping the bride with her train as made her way up the steps.
She's also wearing a glistening bejewelled Tiara, fit for a queen. Various media have identified it as Queen Mary's filigree Tiara. The bride paired her look with shimmery diamond earrings and a single bracelet.
The exact cost of Meghan's dress is still unknown, but it's estimated to be around $300,000 to $350,000. One thing we know for sure - it didn't upstage the cost of Kate Middleton's Alexander McQueen wedding gown, which was around $400,000.
More details are sure to come out as the fairy tale wedding day continues!
