Toronto’s Famous Colette Grand Café Is Opening New Locations All Across Canada
Out with the old, in with the French.
Luxury retailer Holt Renfrew dropped some exciting news for foodies and lovers of all things brunch.
In an announcement made early Thursday morning, Holt's confirmed their new partnership with the high-end hospitality company Chase Hospitality Group. And the two companies are teaming up to replace five Holt's Cafés with new Colette Grand Café shops in Holt's locations across Canada.
Coming to Holt's locations in Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto, the new Colette replacements will share the same culinary excellence and Parisian influence people already know and love about Colette.
The changes to select Holt's locations is set to take place over the course of 2018, with the two out of the five transitions happening in Toronto at two retailers: the Holt's in Yorkdale Shopping Centre and the flagship location on Bloor Street.
Guests who brunch or dine at the new locations will be the first to experience a sophisticated new menu, premium service and the most decked-out decor you can imagine.
“We are very happy to be partnering with such an iconic luxury brand as Holt Renfrew, and to be expanding Colette Grand Café across Canada,” said Steven Salm, the president of Chase Hospitality Group.
Other Colette Grand Café, the Chase group runs seven restaurant premium restaurants in Toronto, including Planta Burger, Palm Lane and The Chase.
