Netflix thrilled viewers across the world last August 2016 when they announced their hit original series, Stranger Things, would be getting another season. Devout fans have had one question on their minds ever since: when?
During the 2017 Super Bowl, that question was answered, when Netflix announced the start date would be an appropriately spooky October 31st. However, the official Stranger Things Twitter released today that we'd be seeing our friends from Hawkins a whole lot sooner than we thought.
This season proves to be longer - 9 episodes instead of 8, scarier - with a bigger, badder and darker villain than the Demogorgon (if that's even possible), and full of new characters - with appearances by old favourite. As you can see by the trailer, Eleven is "gone," but not for long. Barb on the other hand...you'll just have to tune in on October 27th to find out!
