As the year comes to a close, we all know to expect an infinite number of "Best of 2017" lists and "2017 In A Nutshell" posts that remind us just how amazing/terrible/eventful our year was.

And since so much of the world is lived and experienced through the lens of Instagram, it only makes sense that the "Best of Instagram" lists will start to roll out in the coming weeks.

One of the most anticipated lists from the Canadian perspective is always a list of our country's most Instagrammed places. With a plethora of IG-worthy natural, historic and urban locations across the ten provinces and three territories for people to share and discover, it's no surprise to see the range and diversity that this list boasts.

Topping the list of the most Instagrammed city in Canada was Toronto, followed by Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Niagara Falls, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Victoria.

And in each of our country's beautiful cities, certain landmarks performed better than others when it came to IG.

Here are the top 10 most Instagrammed spots in Canada for 2017!
