Fans have avidly been waiting for the return of the Pearson family since last season of This Is Us. Now (finally), we have some news about when the series will be coming back so we can all blubber like babies once again.
The hit show, written by Dan Fogelman, is premiering season 3 on September 25 at 9:00 PM EST. The news was confirmed by Justin Hartley, known for playing Kevin Pearson on the show, after he posted a video to his Twitter and Instagram pages.
The video shows the Pearson's calendar, with events such as Jack's birthday and "Big 3 Day" scribbled in for August.
Fogelman said at a recent FYC event for the show that he believes season three of the show "is the best season of television ever made." Mandy Moore, who plays Rebecca Pearson, also said she was excited to dive deeper into the origin story of her character's marriage to Jack, played by MiloVentimiglia.
Fans were quick to react online about the season premiere date, many expressing how excited they are for September. It's clear that everyone has missed the Tuesday night ritual of crying on their couch.

Let's hope this season is one for the books but if there is anything we've learned from the first to season's, it's that the Pearson's just get better with every episode.
