If you thought Toronto only had oneon the map, think again. The Holiday Fair at Nathan Phillips Square is coming back to the city this year - seriously, December in Toronto couldn't come any sooner.
From December 1st to the 23rd, the square in Toronto's downtown core will be transformed into a charming European-style Christmas market but with some exciting twists. Not only will the fair have adorable little shops full of artisan crafts and holiday treats, but it will also have a winter carnival vibe.
There will be skating, tons of warm, delicious food and even an ice bar to stop by for festive bevies. Thrill seekers will be pleased to know there will also be carnival rides, last year's included a carousel, tea-cups, Polar Express and more.
Fans of live performances will love the array of Toronto artists set to be there sure to get everyone into the holiday spirit. If this doesn’t sound like holiday spirit enough, proceeds from Holiday Fair In The Square go towards fundraising for Epilepsy Toronto.
The fair is fun for visitors of all ages, and get this - it’s completely free!
