Colin Kaepernick Is On The Arizona Cardinals Radar As A Possible Prospect
Will he be the next quarterback for the Cardinals?
Colin Kaepernick first made headlines back in 2016 when he sat during the duration of the National Anthem for an NFL game. Since his split with his previous team, the San Francisco 49ers, he has been regaining his strength to get back in the game. This weekend Colin Kaepernick will be joined by the Arizona Cardinals, amongst other NFL teams, to illustrate his potential by holding a workout session.
He is most notably known for his act of peaceful protesting, by sitting and kneeling during National Anthems.
Three years have gone by since he has played on the field and this weekend might mark the return of Kaepernick to the NFL.
On Saturday, November 16, he will be holding a private workout session that includes on-field work and an interview with him.
All NFL teams were invited to attend this "private audition." Of those teams, 11 have committed to attend.
According to a tweet by the NFL department, the Arizona Cardinals are one of the 11 teams who will be present during this workout session.
Of the teams, Atlanta, Cleveland, Denver, Detriot, Miami, New England, New York Giants, New York Jets, Tampa Bay, and Washington have agreed to be present during Kaepernick's workout.

*"I’m just getting word from my representatives that the NFL league office reached out to them about a workout in Atlanta on Saturday. I’ve been in shape and ready for this for 3 years, can’t wait to see the head coaches and GMs on Saturday."
It's possible that the Arizona Cardinals are viewing him as a possible prospect since they will be attending.
