Some of us are cut out to be runners, others aren't and that's totally okay. But no matter which way you swing, this inspirational story is sure to make you smile. This 58-year-old Disney lover is doing the most epic cross country Disneyland parks run.

Fifty-eight-year-old Disney superfan Don Muchow is running all the way from Disneyland to Disney World. That's 2,380 miles!

While some might consider that an impossible feat, this confident man already has his eyes on the prize. When asked what he'd do once he gets there, he said, "Eat, get a massage and go ride It’s a Small World."

But this park fan's dream is bigger than the run itself.

If he completes the coast to coast trek, he'll be the first-ever ultra runner to accomplish it and it's all for a good cause.

As an insulin-dependent Type 1 diabetic (T1D), Don wishes to empower others with health issues to get out and exercise more. By partnering with Run Across America, he's gaining the notoriety he needs to inspire people to live a more active lifestyle.

According to The Orange County Register, Don will need to cross nine states all the way from sea level to an elevation gain of 5,200 feet all by himself.

But who says he can't stop for a little ice cream along the way?

He started his run today in Newport Beach, California and is hoping to reach Melbourne, Florida within ninety-eight days.

When he reaches Anaheim, California tomorrow, he'll document the day and start his time with a GPS reading and photo.

Muchow's goal is to be the first person ever to run from Disneyland to Disneyworld (aka mouse to mouse) and qualify for a Guinness World Record.

At the end of it all, he plans to rest up at Disney World and get a massage at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It certainly sounds like a relaxation day well earned.
