If you live in the Sunshine State, chances are that you love seafood. If you're a Sea-foodie looking for a new place to indulge your sea-tooth, you may want to check out this new Cuban Seafood fusion restaurant coming to the heart of Little Havana soon - and their themed space is gorgeous.

Sala'o Cuban Bar & Pescaderia will be an inviting yet rich feeling addition to the Miami area, with an Ernest Hemingway theme throughout. The 2300 square foot space will bring in that regal feel with crystal chandeliers, marble accents, and cozy wooden finishes - with the details and decor bringing in a 1940s era feel. Even their patio seating feels like a homey and inviting space of the time period.

Sala'o provided Narcity with a sneak peek into their lovely space and we are swooning over all the intricate details; check out the photos below.

Sala'o owners Eliesteban Mena and Oscar Rodriquez understood their vision to tie in Caribbean seafood flavors while adding a modern touch to home-style cooking. They brought in Cuban Chef Jorge Mas, who formerly worked in the Cayman Islands, Barcelonetta, and NIU Kitchen - he was the perfect fit to bring their menu to life.

And bring their menu to life he did. Their scrumptious seafood menu will feature various favorites, such as crab and Mahi Mahi Tuna, with just a pinch of Cuban flare - and Chef Jorge's meals look absolutely exquisite.

The Pescaderia will have fresh fish delivered daily from the Florida Keys to the outskirts of Miami, making each dish a fresh catch; even the oysters will be sourced from the East Coast.

The eatery will also feature a large 30-foot bar that will seat up to 15, with their drink recipes providing guests a classic Cuban Cocktail taste. So you can sip on some spirits while filling your soul with delicious seafood. You'll want to try their perfectly pink 'Papa Hemingway' -  made with premium Marasquino Liquor.

If you're in it for the drinks, their vibrant happy hour specials will run Monday - Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm; featuring live music on an elevated wooden stage, daily food specials and much more.

In a press release to Narcity, Mr. Mena & Mr. Rodriguez shared a little about their vision for this uniquely delicious and gorgeous fusion restaurant, "We want our dishes to bring memories, the menu is inspired by a small fishing village in Cojimar, Cuba - where even Ernest Hemingway used to keep his boat."

If you're ready for an opulent seafood retreat, Sala'o Cuban Bar & Pescaderia will have their Grand Opening to the public on Monday,  May 27th at 11 am. For those interested in a sneak peek at their lunch menu, their soft opening hours are 11 am - 5 pm May 23rd - 26th.
