Zinnias are finally in bloom! You can pick your own bouquet of zinnias and sunflowers this fall at Southern Hill Farms near Orlando. Both flowers will be available for picking during the farm's annual fall festival.
Zinnias bloom in the spring and fall in Central Florida. according to Southern Hill Farms. Zinnias are stunningly vibrant flowers that come in a rainbow of colors from reds to greens to purples. These flowers add a beautiful pop of color to a sunflower bouquet.
The farm will reopen for visitors during weekends in October for the Southern Hill Fall Festival. The festival will feature a petting zoo and festival rides, as well as fall treats like hot apple cider donuts and s'mores you can roast yourself.
Aside from flowers, festival-goers can pick from a variety of colorful pumpkins. Options include Gorgeous Whites, Heirloom, Stem Pie, Jumbo Jack, Mini, and Tiger Stripe pumpkins.
Southern Hill Farms is open for flower picking in the spring and fall. In the spring, the farm offers peach and blueberry picking, and you can even eat the blueberries as you pick them!
