With the number of museums there are in Georgia, it would take you years to visit them all if you only visited one a week. We're lucky that our state has so much history and so many traditions, and that we're able to experience it all through these attractions. This Georgia museum was named the best in the entire US (and it's not an Atlanta museum).

The Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Georgia was recently named the number one art museum in the entire US. It was picked by USA Today's readers among 20 different museums

The Booth is actually the world's largest permanent exhibition space for western art. The theme of the museum is the Civil War and the American West.

Since 2003, it's been welcoming guests from all over the country into its 120,000-square-foot space filled with history.

There are paintings, sculptures, and artifacts that fill up this huge space, which show the people, the land, the struggles, and the dreams of the eras

The museum usually hosts 10 to 12 different exhibits every year, so any time you visit, you'll probably see something you didn't see before.

If you can't quite make it to the actual museum, you have the option of touring it online.

The website has videos of each exhibit that you can tour virtually so you can still experience what this spot has to offer.

Some of the galleries you'll see are "The American West," "Frank Harding Cowboy," "Faces," "War is Hell," "Modern West," and "Native Hands Gallery".

It's only $12 to explore the best art museum in the entire country, and it's open every day except for Mondays.
