Buc-ee's, also known as Texas' favorite gas station, has announced that the will be opening their new location in Royse City on June 17th. While it is not known if there will be a celebratory party, the ever popular fueling station will start conducting business at 6 a.m. that day. The Royse City location is just the latest in their Texas take over and will have 50 gas pumps.
The location will be a full travel center being around 50,000 square feet. This will be the fifth North Texas location and the closest to Dallas, beating the one Terrelle by just a smidge. The spot being a travel center means the place will be massive and it'll be bringing its world-famous restrooms with it. Seriously, they're super clean.
Buc-ee's has gained a massive following over the years and it's not hard to see why. What started as just very large gas stations has now turned into a fueling station-convenience store hybrid. During their visit, guests will be able to find everything from their favorite gas station snacks to homemade Buc-ee's snacks such as Beaver Nuggets, jerky, and caramel popcorn. Buc-ee's really aims to satisfy as they have tons of coffee and tea flavors making it hard to resist a stop.
Almost everything in the store is world famous and with their cute beaver mascot plastered on everything from cell phone stands to swimsuits, you joining the fandom is almost inevitable. All of the Buc-ees locations are open around the clock for 24 hours a day.
The Royse City Buc-ee's will be located at 5005 E, I-30, Royse City in Texas, 75189. For more information on Buc-ee's including a full list of all their locations, you can visit their website here.
