In the video footage posted to Reddit, you can see that the Montreal man is not only able to snowboard through the streets, but he does it super well. He performs tons of tricks, doing jumps and going on rails. He even does a flip at the end of the video!
The video was filmed in Montreal, Quebec. Parts of the footage is filmed on Peel Street, McTavish and the McGill Faculty of Education even makes an appearance, according to Redditors.
The video credit was given to "sebtoots" and Reddit users are speculating that this means the footage is from Sébastien Toutant, who is a famous Canadian professional snowboarder! The 26-year-old is from Quebec and he has even won an Olympic gold medal for Canada at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games. This whole video is wild.
People are super impressed by the video. Check out what Redditors have had to say about the Canadian snowboarding through the streets during a snow storm.
This isn't the first time Canadians have been seen taking winter sports straight to the streets. A man from Saint John skated through a Tim Horton's drive-thru earlier this month.
This winter in Calgary, a local was also seen commuting to work using skis. Time and time again, Canadians prove that they are more than capable of handling the winter weather.
