Do you remember the last time you and your BFFs had a real girls' day complete with wine, food, shopping - the works? Well, this fall, you and the squad can experience all that and more at the 2019 Ontario National Women's Show. With everything from free samples to live cooking demos and tons of women-focused vendors, there's plenty of girl power to spread around!

So, if you're dying for a clay mask and a glass of rose, or you simply want to spend the day shopping and chatting with your bestie, the National Women’s Show Toronto is the place to go this November!

Or, check out one of their other upcoming fall shows in Ottawa, Montreal, or Quebec City!

Director of Marketing, Lisa Spodek, tells Narcity that although ladies love how all of the available products are geared specifically toward them, the show is so much more than shopping.

"Women can really find things that they never knew existed or [never] knew that they needed! It's a fun shopping day, but with that comes interesting talks on our various stages including topics such as women's health, financial advice for women, or even parenting. Plus, fashion shows and free makeovers!"

The mini makeovers are just the tip of what's free at this epic girls' day event! If free food and wine samples are more your speed, they will have that too, Spodek says.

"Exhibitors use the event to launch new products and there is a ton of free sampling that happens in those aisles. This year, we have a new lounge area sponsored by KY in the alcohol section. It called the Sip 'n' Social Komfy Lounge. It will give women a chance to sit down with their wine and enjoy some comfortable time at the show just chilling with their friends," Spodek explains.

If you and your squad want to attend the show (and honestly, why wouldn't you?), Spodek says you should plan to be out all day long, and dress comfy!

"Block off the entire day and wear comfy shoes, so that [you can] just have some solid time to roam the aisles of the show. There's a lot of floor to cover! Not to mention great deals and products [you] might not find elsewhere."

You can expect to see a few celebrities at the show as well. Past years have seen the likes of Grey's Anatomy actor Giacomo Gianniotti (Dr. DeLuca) and Mike Holmes Jr. from HGTV.

While the special guests for this year's event are still being confirmed, Spodek says we can expect to see Cynthia Loyst from CTV's The Social.

The Ottawa show will take place on Oct. 19-20 and tickets are on sale now. The Toronto show tickets will be available eight weeks prior to the event, which is set for Nov. 15-17. Meanwhile, Quebec City's event is the weekend prior, Nov. 9-10.

Additionally, a full stage schedule will be released one month before each show.

The Toronto show is expected to see more than 35,000 attendees. Remember, the show is geared toward women, but everyone is welcome.

"We have groups coming that are generational, mothers, daughters and grandmothers. Lots of couples too. Men actually love the show just as much as women," Spodek says.
