This Steampunk-Themed Chocolate Factory In Orlando Will Satisfy Any Sweet Tooth
We are probably all feeling the same way right now: sugary sweet treats, especially an ice cold milkshake, sounds pretty darn good right about now. If you agree, then you need to know there is a place in Orlando that really stands out from the rest as a one-stop shop for all things sugar. This steampunk chocolate factory is fit for Willy Wonka himself - and their desserts are absolutely insane.
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium at Universal Orlando is a sweets junkie's dream destination, with a little Steampunk flair. You can't miss the big billowy steam stacks, industrial pipes and can lights, especially when it's lit up at night. There's truly nowhere else out there quite like this.
As a full-service eatery, you can get lunch or dinner here, but the true stars are the desserts - it is a dessert foundry and chocolate factory after all! From cookies and brownies to their signature massive milkshakes topped with a slice of cake, whipped cream, and sprinkles, french macarons, or alchemic chocolatey creations - this place has everything for even the strongest sweet tooth.
Their desserts and milkshakes are to die for and insanely Instagrammable. And you can't forget the uniquely whimsical steampunk fantasy vibe. Check out some shots from Toothsome below:
Toothsome's staff really tie the whole thing together donning their steampunk garb - such as corsets, collared tops, top hats, goggles, feathers - the whole nine. It really makes for a unique experience. The 2 stars of the show are Penelope and Jacques the Robot - and you just gotta take a picture with the robot, he's an absolute gentleman.
If you're looking for something savory, they also serve lunch and dinner here - and if you're over 21 they have a liquor bar. Savory bites, sweet treats, and spirits all under one steampunky roof.
If you're ready to indulge your sweet tooth, Toothsome Chocolate Emporium is located at 6000 Universal Boulevard Orlando, FL 32819 at Universal Orlando's Citywalk Park. They're open Sunday - Thursday 10:30 am - 12 midnight and 10:30 am - 1:00 am on Friday & Saturday.
