According to WFTV, Universal filed permits for a new park near Orange County Convention Center. There are new infrastructures and developments coming to Universal Orlando and a massive parking lot that could feature 16,200 spots. The new park is expected to be situated by Kirkman Road. The construction began last November and is expected to be completed by 2020.
This means that Universal Studios will be an adult's playground with new rides, restaurants, and possibly a Hagrid-themed roller coaster. There have been rumors about the new Harry Potter inspired roller coaster which might be inspired on Hagrid's motorcycle adventure.
