11 Places Where You Can Get Cheap Appetizers This Summer In Ottawa
Summer's here and patio season is well in motion, which means its also time to enjoy the nice weather with some finger food with the squad. Small plates are the best plates and we rounded up some of the best places in Canada's capital to get some delicious apps without breaking the bank.

Whether you're looking for nachos or mozzarella sticks (god bless), there's deals across town that will give you a lot of bang for your buck. Here are 11 places where you can get some pretty cheap appetizers this summer:
St. Louis Bar & Grill // Various Locations
St. Louis serves up half-price appetizers from 4pm - close every Thursday. As well, on Tuesdays, it's half price wing night for one pound of their original wings (fries included).
Patty Bolands // 101 Clarence St.
On Fridays, full-sized appetizers go for $5 from 3pm - 11pm. These apps include perogies, deep fried pickles, nachos, and many more.
Pub 101 // 101 York St.
On Mondays, you can have all-you-can-eat wings for $12.01. As well, the bar is famously known for its $5.11 finger food items all across the board.
Johnny Canuck's // Various Locations
All apps are half-priced on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 9pm at all their locations across the city.
The Fox & Feather // 283 Elgin St.
Appetizers are half-priced everyday from 4pm - 5:30pm and from 10pm until midnight. These include wings, chicken fingers, zucchini sticks and veggie nachos.
Origin Trade // 111 York St.
Every Friday, Origin Trade gives out a free cheese board to anyone who purchases a bottle of wine from 5pm until close.
The Standard // 360 Elgin St.
From Tuesday till Thursday, seven menu items (including five appetizers) go for just $6 from 4pm till 6pm. These include nachos, fries, poutine, avocado tartare and sushi rolls.
Clocktower Brew Pub // Various Locations
All appetizers are 40 percent off from Monday to Thursday between 3pm and 6pm at one of their many locations across the city.
El Furniture Warehouse // 77 Clarence St.
All day and everyday, the food items at El Furniture are just $5.01 and are always served in hefty portions. Their perogies are my personal favourite menu item.
Tartan Pub // 4025 Innes Rd.
On Mondays, all appetizers at this Orleans pub are half-priced from 5pm - onwards.
Milestones // Various Locations
This one's for the ladies. On Mondays, you can get four Bellinis and four appetizers for just 40 dollars as part of their 'Ladies Night Out' deal.
