Why You Need To Go: You will be guided through the city while you learn all about the darker history of Ottawa. The guides will share stories about murders, assassinations, ruffians, and lumberjack gang violence. The tour will end at Parliament, just in time for the free light show.

After Dark @ Dominion City Brewery

Why You Need To Go: The Dominion City Brewery typically only stays open until 11 p.m. but this weekend they're staying up past their bedtime! You can enjoy speciality beers, sandwiches from the smoker, and more all the way until 2 a.m.

Ottawa Glow Party

Why You Need To Go: You can spend the day soaking in rich Latin American culture. The parade will travel across Wellington and Eglington streets and end at Ottawa City Hall. Once you're inside the city hall, you can enjoy delicious food, traditional dances, music, and art.

Plant Night Tropical Garden Mash-Up

Why You Need To Go: Head over to the Barley Mow in Westboro this weekend and learn how to make a beautiful plant terrarium. The ticket price sends you home with three tropical plants, one container, string lights, a wish jar, and the necessary planting and decorating materials.

Gatineau Hot Air Balloon Festival

Pet Value Rescue Fair
