19 Differences Between Frosh And Seniors At Queen's University

When you go into Queen's, you don't just start on a course towards your degree, you're on a journey. And aside from the stereotypical University partying and all night studying (and in this case those stereotypes are true), Queen's adds a little something more to your University experience. 

And like all things in life, everyone is at a different stage in their journey. Frosh and seniors are a certain type of breed, and though everyone is different there are some things that we all shared; especially at Queen's.

Ontario Restaurant's Liquor Licence Suspended For Refusing To Follow COVID-19 Rules

The restaurant reportedly refused to comply with vaccine certificates.

Kingston restaurant J.A.K.K. Tuesdays won't be serving up any alcoholic drinks for the time being.

The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) announced in a press release on September 30 that it has issued an "Order of Interim Suspension of the liquor licence of J.A.K.K. Tuesdays" for "public interest and safety." The suspension is "effective immediately."

Police were called to break up a massive street party near Queen's University on Wednesday night, just as frosh week kicks off and students start to arrive in the city.

Kingston Police told Narcity that University Avenue was declared a "nuisance party" at 12:10 a.m. when roughly 2,000 people were caught partying in the street.
