Joey Restaurants are simply perfect for an anniversary. They are fancy but don't act too bougey (which I love). They just opened up at Rideau and also have a location at Lansdowne. Wherever you go you're bound to have some delicious food and amazing dessert (I reccomend the Molten Chocolate Cake).
