3. Fort Henry
Fort Henry was the former home to the British Army, and has been a go-to spot for tourists for years now. It was also a prison to combatants in the 1800s, so Fort Henry has more history than we could ever imagine. You can take tours of Fort Henry, and learn more about what life was like back then. Even better, you'll hear ghost stories on these tours, which make it even more interesting!
4. Princess Street
Princess Street is a must visit in Kingston. It has great shops, restaurants, and it's what gives Downtown Kingston so much life! If you're in a shopping mood, Princess Street is a great place to go. You'll seriously never get bored!
5. Kingston Pen
Kingston Pen is a former maximum security prison that is sure to add some excitement to your trip. Constructed in 1883, Kingston Pen is full of history and although it is no longer in use, it was once known as Canada's oldest prison. There's even a guided tour of Kingston Pen that you can add to your itinerary!
Barcadia is, well, a bar and an arcade in Kingston. It's a super relaxed place where you can sit back, and act like a kid again. They have a wide selection of beer to choose from, and every arcade game is only 25 cents. Imagine getting drunk while playing Mario Kart. Sounds amazing, right?
7. CRAVE Coffee House & Bakery
Crave Coffee House & Bakery is a trendy coffee shop in Downtown Kingston that has unreal coffee. Located on Princess Street, this is a great place to stop by to get refueled while shopping.
