Ottawa is killing it with the hidden gems. From hidden swimming holes to hidden food spots, this city is a great secret keeper. But some secrets, like amazing food places, just aren't meant to be kept!

Dumpling Park is located in a parking lot, yes, a parking lot, behind Morning Owl Coffeehouse. If you're imagining a food truck in an empty parking lot, erase your imagination. This food truck made a home of it's own, and it's f*cking adorable. All the food is made in a turquoise trailer, which is surrounded by flowers and the cutest pastel wall art ever.

Open for only lunch during the week, the owners themselves serve you delicious dumplings as well as lunch bowls that are to die for. Their best selling item is the pork and chive dumplings, so make sure you put that on your bucket list. However, all of their dumplings are unreal. They have options that everyone will love, including tofu options for those who are vegan or vegetarian.

If you're looking for a new lunch spot, this hidden gem is definitely it. Places like these are super underrated, but you'll understand the local hype when you try it. Plus, it makes for a great Instagram picture. Unfortunately they are only open for the summer months, which is understandable.

If you want to try the most amazing dumplings, check out Dumpling Park. They're located in the parking lot behind 538 Rochester Street, which is Morning Owl Coffeehouse. They're open from 11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday, and only accept cash. For more info, check out their Facebook page. Enjoy!
