A Week's Worth Of Healthy Meals For A Broke Ottawa Student

As a student, you're always trying to find ways to save money - and you're probably aware of how hard this can get in a place like Ottawa. If you're trying to turn your post-frosh-week-anti-freshman-fifteen-detox-health-kick into a lifestyle, it's obvious at this point that while there are lots of healthy options available around the city, prices can rack up quickly. Once you top that off with those friends who can never decide where they want to eat, or those friends always having to bail because they actually ended up buying all their textbooks - it gets tough.
But don't worry - you can eat your way to a fat wallet. Here's a Monday-Friday (plus a Saturday cheat day) list of healthy and affordable lunches all under $8.
